Terms & Conditions
1. The Promotion
The "$1K Cashback" Promotion (Promotion) is offered by Lane Ford. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 12:01am AWST on 18 June 2026 to 5:00pm AWST on 30 June 2026 (Promotion Period).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Australian residents who purchase an eligible new or demonstrator vehicle from Lane Ford. To qualify, a customer must, within the Promotion Period:
(a) purchase the vehicle from Lane Ford;
(b) arrange finance through Lane Ford at the time of purchase;
(c) receive finance approval from a finance provider authorised by Lane Ford to introduce customers;
(d) complete settlement of both the finance agreement and the vehicle purchase; and
(e) take delivery of the vehicle,
and must not subsequently return the vehicle under any applicable cooling-off or vehicle return rights.
4. Cashback Payment
Eligible customers will receive a single payment of $1,000 per eligible finance agreement. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer to the customer's nominated Australian bank account within 28 days of the later of:
(a) vehicle delivery; or (b) expiry of any applicable cooling-off or return period, provided the vehicle has not been returned.
5. Finance Conditions
The Promotion applies only where finance is arranged through, and approved by, a finance provider authorised by Lane Ford to introduce customers, within the Promotion Period. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Lane Ford finance promotion unless otherwise stated.
6. General
Lane Ford and The Lane Group reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, and may disqualify any participant who provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with the Promotion is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
